Chocolate And Your Risk Of Stroke

There’s no shortage of articles telling you how your favorite vice can actually be good for you. Well, the latest tackles how chocolate affects blood vessels and reduces your risk of stroke.

You can read more about the study at iOL. It does seem to be legitimate research, but there’s an interesting catch. While eating chocolate impacts your brain cells and reduces the risk of stroke, the high sugar and fat content can actually increase your risk of stroke through obesity. Chances are, you won’t start or stop your intake of chocolate based on the risk factors for stroke.
