Brain Functions Stay Sharp With Specific Activities
Neuroscientists have found through testing that by training on attention tests, brain performance and multi-tasking skills can improve at any age.
Cognitive function tend to decline as the brain ages. But this natural process can be slowed if the brain is excersised in a specifc way. So-called ‘brain training’ video games first hit the market nearly a decade ago, but scientists believe there are merits to these games. In fact, autistic and depressed patients could even see a benefit, such as improved concentration, through participation in these games and activities.
