There are several applications for your smart phone that could help you achieve your goals. Connecting with others with similar goals, even virtually through social media, can provide the support you need to create positive change in your life this year. The “Coach Me” app reminds you of your daily goals, and connects you to other people with similar ambitions. In a recent interview, Dr. Amit Sood of the Mayo Clinic reminds us that behaviors are contagious whether those are behaviors that produce positive or negative results.
