CEO
Rolf B. Gainer, Ph.D., Diplomate ABDA, is the Chief
Executive Office at Brookhaven Hospital and the Vice President of Rehabilitation
Institutes of America. He is the founder of the Neurologic Rehabilitation
Institute of Ontario (Canada). Dr. Gainer is a psychologist who has
been involved in the design and operation of treatment programs since
1977. He has published numerous articles on mental health and rehabilitation
topics and has presented at many international conferences. He remains
active in outcome research.
Medical Staff

Mark D. Gage, DO, is the Medical Director of Brookhaven Hospital. He is board certified in psychiatry and is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences. In addition to his studies in psychiatry, Dr. Gage completed his undergraduate work in psychology at Chapman University. He brings over seventeen years of experience in psychiatry to Brookhaven.
Liphard D'Souza, MD, is the Medical Director of
Brookhaven's Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. Dr D'Souza
holds multiple board certifications in Neurology. He obtained his medical
training at St. John's Medical College in Bangalor, India, and was an
Associate Professor at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine at
the City of Faith Hospital. He has worked in hospital, agency and private
practice settings for over 32 years.

Chisoo Choi, MD, is an Internal Medicine Consultant
for Brookhaven and the Renewal Christian Care Program. He is board certified
in Internal Medicine. Dr. Choi graduated from Rush Medical College in
Chicago and was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of
Oklahoma School of Medicine and the Oral Roberts University School of
Medicine.

Edward Melton, MD, is a physician specializing in mental health who serves as an outpatient consultant for Brookhaven Hospital. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's School of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate work at the US Military Academy at West Point and was a service member in the US Army.
Behavioral Health Services
Ron Broughton, M Ed, LPC,
is the Chief Clinical Officer at Brookhaven Hospital. He received an M Ed from the University of Central Oklahoma.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is also licensed to supervise
LPC candidates. He has written
several academic papers on schizophrenia and psychosis, and has conducted
numerous mental health presentations and workshops. He also served on
an expert panel for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health Substance

Liz Lamers, MBA, MA, LPC, is Director of Utilization Review at Brookhaven. She has a BS in Psychology from Duke University, with a certificate in Neuroscience. She has an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. Liz is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has worked in psychiatric hospital settings for over 7 years, focusing on counseling and utilization review.

Matt Maxey, RN, BSN, is the Director of Nursing at Brookhaven Hospital. He received his Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has certification in emergency room trauma as well as a wealth of experience in care centers and hospitals.

Courtney Province, MSW, is the Director of Social Work at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.

Clarissa Siragusa, LCSW, is an outpatient counselor
at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her degree from Wichita State University.
An experienced therapist, Clarissa has worked in numerous mental health
settings, ranging from pediatric to geriatric care. She also has extensive
experience in private practice.

Deborah Steen, LPC, is an outpatient counselor at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Bachelors from Oklahoma Christian College in English and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State. She has a special interest in therapy for anxiety.

Terry Wood, MA, LPC, is an outpatient counselor at Brookhaven Hospital. He received his Masters Degree from the University of Tulsa in Clinical Psychology and his Bachelors Degree in Human Environment Studies from Oklahoma State University. His focus is in the areas of schizophrenia, paranoia, anxiety, and depression.

Angela Linger, MS, LPC, is a therapist for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree in Counseling at Northeastern State University and her Bachelors Degree at the same university in Education. She is licensed to supervise LPC candidates and has experience working with children and adults at various agencies in Tulsa.

Mary Young, MS, LPC, is a therapist at Brookhaven and the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute. She completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Northwestern State University of Louisiana and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at Henderson State University. She has been in the counseling field for fourteen years.

Mary Gates, LADC, ICAADC, is a therapist at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters Degree in Human Relations from Oklahoma University. She has worked in the areas of mental health, chemical dependency and dual diagnosis for seven years.

Sherry Peters, MS, LPC, is an eating disorders therapist at Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology at Northeastern State University as well as her Bachelors in Psychology from the same university.

Sarah Williams, BSW, is a social worker for Brookhaven Hospital. She obtained her degree in social work from Northeastern State University.

Natalie Thompson, MS, is the Admissions Coordinator at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Oral Roberts University.

Rachel Tracy, MS, is an admissions counselor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree at Northeastern State University. Rachel has experience working with adult populations diagnosed with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.

Susanne Adams, MS, is an admissions counselor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree at Northeastern State University. Susanne has experience working with adult populations diagnosed with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
Sherrill Scott, LPC, is a weekend crisis therapist at Brookhaven Hospital. Sherrill received her Masters Degree in Education with a special focus in professional counseling from Oklahoma City University and her Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Southern Methodist University. She has over 15 years experience in direct service.
Merle Brock, LMFT, is a weekend eating disorders therapist for the Rader program at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters Degree in Family Relations and Child Development from Oklahoma State University and completed her Bachelors through Southwestern Seminary.
Carol O' Bryan, LMFT, LPC, is a weekend substance abuse therapist at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Friends University and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute

Liphard D'Souza, MD, is the Medical Director of Brookhaven’s Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. Dr D'Souza holds multiple board certifications in Neurology. He has worked in hospital, agency and private practice settings for over 32 years.

Don Mahan, MSW, is the Program Coordinator for the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven Hospital. He completed his Masters Degree in Social Work at the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelors Degree in the same field of study from Northeastern State University.

Laura Wilson, MS, SLP, is a speech therapist for the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. She completed her Masters and Bachelors Degrees in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Tulsa.

Deepti Gupta, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist for the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy at Hamdard University and her Bachelors Degree in the same field of study at the University of Delhi. Gupta is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Doug Graham is a Job Coach and Certified CPI Trainer.
He has worked in the Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven
for over 10 years. Doug received his training at Rogers State University.

Specialty Services and Consultants

Melani Riley, RD/LD, is the Food and Nutrition Manager
at Brookhaven. She is responsible for the nutritional needs of patients
and oversees the Dietary Department. She also conducts meal planning
and nutrition groups for the Rader Eating Disorders Program.
Darla Tipps, DPh, is the Pharmacist at Brookhaven.
She obtained her BS in Pharmacy at Southwestern Oklahoma State University,
and has extensive expertise in hospital pharmacology and home infusion.
Associate Chaplains
Bernard Hubbard is lead chaplain for Brookhaven Hospital's Renewal Christian Care Program. Bernard is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and is ordained through the United Holy Church of America. He is also a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in business administration.
Michelle Mitchell is a Graduate of Global University
with a degree in Biblical Studies and is an ordained minister. Mrs.
Mitchell has worked with the Tulsa Mental Health Association and had been
a teacher for a prison ministry with Calvary Temple.
