Brookhaven's Seminar Snapshots "Best Practice Standards for Treating Juvenile Sex Offenders" Presenter: Dan Curtis LPC Date: Feb. 1, 2006 Synopsis: Multiple factors, not just sexual abuse as a child, are associated with the development of sexually offending behavior in youth. This past Wednesday, Dan Curtis effectively conveyed prudent information on establishing healthy boundaries in a safe environment for juvenile sex offenders to Therapists in Tulsa and surrounding areas. In his presentation, Dan discussed the symptoms and signs of juvenile sex offenders, the motives of the juvenile sex offender and treatment modalities of treating juvenile sex offenders.
